NOTE : * Please book and settle the fee through the Registration Process. The places will be booked on a first come first served basis.
* Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or any other conditions of an operational nature.
* Excursions will proceed as planned even if it rains, but may be cancelled in case of stormy weather.
* The excursion fee will be refunded if the tour is cancelled.
* Same price for adults and/or children and/or Infant.

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

In the case of changes and cancellations requests for the optional excursion (if any), they should be submitted by e-mail to the SSDM2023
Registration Desk at (or.knt.co.jp ssdm2023-regist).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon - Fri 10:00-17:00 [JST = UTC+9], except national holidays).
After working hours, cancellations will be processed on the next working day, which may incur charges.

Cancellation Policy for Excursion

11 days before the excursion date	No Charge
10 to 8 days before the excursion date	20% of excursion fee
7 to 2 days before the excursion date	30% of excursion fee
1 day before the excursion date	40% of excursion fee
On the excursion date (before departure)	50% of excursion fee
On the excursion date (after departure)	100% of excursion fee
Cancellation without notice (No-show)	100% of excursion fee / No Refund

Refund

Refunds will be made before/after the conference upon deducting bank transfer fees and the cancellation penalties.
If payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.
If the payment has been made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account details by email.
Please note that the transaction charge for the refund will be on the applicant’s account.
