How to attend SSDM2022 Hybrid Conference

For All Participants

  • Please wear your mask properly in the conference venue.
  • To prevent the spread of infection of COVID‐19, all people passing through the entrance of the venue will be automatically temperature‐checked. If your fever is above 37.5 °C, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

SSDM uses “Confit” as a conference platform. Session Timetable, detailed programs and abstracts are available from Confit website or App for SSDM2022. Program and abstracts are not provided in booklets or USB.

The conference platform will become password protected from September 20. Login ID and Password for the conference platform will be sent individually to participants who have already registered and completed the payment via mail on or after September 15.

Those who have not registered can make registration from the link at top right.

Abstracts and links to zoom will be disclosed on the first day of the conference, 0:00, September 26 (JST).

How to attend Short Courses

Short Courses requires registration separately from the conference.

“Short Course Password” will be sent to those who register Short Course. After log in the conference platform, download Text (presentation handouts) and/or attend Short Courses online via zoom with “Short Course Password”.

SSDM2022 Wall Papers

SSDM wallpapers are available for both presenters and the audience. Please note, however, that the participants are kindly requested to turn off their camera except when they are appointed to ask a question, whereas each oral presenter is kindly asked to turn on his/her camera during the presentation.
